Do you deliver throughout the Netherlands?
PAÏZ Saffron delivers throughout the Netherlands with PostNL. All products are shipped from our company location in the Netherlands.
How fast do you deliver?
Orders are usually shipped within 1-2 business days. After sending a product you will usually receive your product after 1 working day.
What happens if an order does not fit through the letterbox?
If an order does not fit through the letterbox, it will be sent as a package. In that case you will receive an email with a Track & Trace code. With this code you can follow the shipping process of your package on the PostNL site.
What is a Track & Trace code?
An order that does not fit through the letterbox or has a high value will be sent with a unique tracking code. This allows you to track the shipment.
What are the shipping costs for your products?
The shipping costs can vary per product. Look at the desired product for the shipping costs.
I would like to return my purchased products. Is this possible?
You have the right to inform PAÏZ Saffron that you are canceling the purchase, without payment of a fine and without giving any reason, 14 calendar days from the day following the delivery of the article or the conclusion of the agreement.

If you want to cancel the purchase, you can do so within 14 calendar days following the delivery of your order. The products must then be returned within the same period in the original, undamaged, unopened and original packaging, together with all accessories. We always refund your money within 7 days of receiving your return.
Can I pick up from you?
Collection is often not possible with us. If you nevertheless wish to do so, we request that you contact us: info@paizsaffron.com. We try to do our utmost to come up with a solution.
Why is there often a quality difference in saffron?
Unfortunately, many brands mix good quality saffron with cheaper and poorer quality saffron. This is done in order to obtain the maximum return from the sale of the saffron. PAÏZ Saffron will always objectively state the quality of the saffron on its website.
Do you check the quality of your products?
Samples are regularly carried out in the country of origin as well as in the Netherlands to check and guarantee the quality of the saffron. This allows us to say with certainty that we deliver high quality saffron.
