As soon as the chorizo \u200b\u200bhas become slightly crispy, remove the pieces from the pan and let them drain. Leave the fat in the pan.<\/li>\n<li>Then add the cubes of chicken to the pan and fry until the cubes of chicken are baked all around (it does not have to be cooked yet). Now add the raw shrimps and let them fry with the chicken. Chop the onion and cut the bell pepper into cubes. Add the onion, bell pepper and red pepper and fry for a while.<\/li>\n<li>Now add the rice and mix well. Add the saffron to the stock.<\/li>\n<li>Add the tomato cubes and paprika and add 2 tablespoons of stock with saffron and let it be absorbed by the rice while stirring. Repeat this until the rice is approximately cooked, this will take about 18 minutes.<\/li>\n<li>Halfway through, add the peas, fried chorizo \u200b\u200band clams and let them cook in the paella. Put a lid on the pan.<\/li>\n<li>Add some salt and pepper if necessary.
